Кейнсианство и посткейнсианство в теории потребительского выбора

Abstract

Экономические кризисы нарушают стабильный ход развития экономики и вынуждают население изменять устоявшиеся паттерны поведения. Под давлением кризисной ситуации становится неприменимой стандартная экономическая теория. На этом фоне повышается актуальность кейнсианской теории и примыкающих к ней посткейсианских концепций, предлагающих описание паттернов экономического поведения в нестабильных условиях. Новизна работы определена слабой проработкой теорий потребительского выбора в российской экономической литературе. Целью данного исследования является систематизация научных концепций, примыкающих к кейнсианской теории, выбранных в качестве методологической основы анализа потребительского поведения и потребительского выбора в кризисные периоды. В статье представлено описание теории Кейнса с выделением теоретических аспектов, обладающих наибольшей ценностью для анализа экономического поведения. На основании отдельных сторон кейнсианской теории сформирована макроповеденческая рамка Кейнса, в которой психолого-поведенческие паттерны экономического поведения вписаны в макроэкономический анализ. Особое внимание уделено теории и факторам потребительской функции как одному из важнейших инструментов анализа сдвигов потребления под воздействием дохода. Приведено описание информационной экономики и иррационального начала, разработанного в новом кейнсианстве. Показано, как информация способна изменить вектор потребительского поведения в кризисный период. Подчеркивается, что в кризисный период роль иррационального начала усиливается, приводя к экономически невыгодным шагам в области потребительских расходов. Описана посткейнсианская теория потребительского выбора М. Лавуа, которая объединяет поведенческие и социально-экономические основания потребительского поведения. В результате выделения основных аспектов теории Лавуа и концепций Фридмана и Модильяни показано, что посткейнсианская теория потребительского выбора может быть приспособлена для описания потребительского поведения, протекающего на фоне кризиса. Проведен анализ принципов посткейнсианской теории потребительского выбора, и предложена модификация данных принципов с учетом кризисной ситуации.
