Представлен обзор работы XXVII Всероссийского симпозиума «Стратегическое планирование и развитие предприятий», состоявшегося 14–15 апреля 2026 г. в Центральном экономико-математическом институте РАН. Рассмотрены основные направления пленарных и секционных заседаний, посвященных теоретическим и прикладным проблемам стратегического планирования на макро-, мезо- и микроэкономическом уровнях. Особое внимание уделено формированию единой теории предприятия, роли субъективного знания в принятии стратегических решений, моделированию и прогнозированию высокотехнологичных рынков, а также влиянию санкций и геополитической нестабильности на развитие российских предприятий. Отражены результаты обсуждения перспектив внедрения искусственного интеллекта в бизнес-процессы, рисков формирования «ИИ-пузыря» и факторов, ограничивающих практическое применение генеративных технологий. Представлены подходы к исследованию кооперации фирм-конкурентов, культурного кода компаний, цифровых платформ и социально-экономических экосистем. Освещены проблемы операционной эффективности, институциональной самоорганизации бизнеса, кадрового дефицита и адаптации предприятий к структурным изменениям. Показано значение экономико-математического моделирования, теории динамических игр и производственных функций для анализа отраслевых рынков и прогнозирования экономического роста. Сделан вывод о том, что симпозиум обеспечил междисциплинарное обсуждение актуальных проблем стратегического развития и способствовал обмену теоретическими разработками, эмпирическими результатами и практическим опытом.
The article provides an overview of the XXVII Russian Symposium “Strategic Planning and Development of Enterprises”, held on April 14–15, 2026, at the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (CEMI RAS). The main topics of the plenary and parallel sessions, focused on theoretical and applied issues of strategic planning at macro-, meso-, and microeconomic levels have been examined. Particular attention has been paid to the development of a unified theory of the firm, to the role of subjective knowledge in strategic decision-making, to modeling and forecasting of high-tech markets, and to the impact of sanctions and geopolitical instability on the development of Russian enterprises. The discussions on the prospects for integrating artificial intelligence into current business processes, the risks of an “AI bubble,” and the factors limiting the practical application of generative technologies have been examined in this paper. The approaches to studying cooperation among competing firms, corporate cultural codes, digital platforms and socioeconomic ecosystems have been presented. The challenges of operational efficiency, institutional self-organization in business, skilled labor shortages, and enterprise adaptation to structural changes have also been highlighted. The importance of economic and mathematical modeling, dynamic game theory and production functions for analyzing industry markets and forecasting economic growth have been demonstrated. It has been concluded that the symposium provided an interdisciplinary discussion of current issues on strategic development and facilitated the exchange of theoretical insights, empirical findings and later practical experience.
