В статье прослежены процессы развития российских предприятий в составе зарубежных корпораций. Особое внимание уделено периоду 2012-2015 гг., обозначены общая география и паттерны размещения новых заводов, построенных в России зарубежными корпорациями, отраслевая и национальная принадлежность предприятий. Детально проанализированы основные адаптационные стратегии российских предприятий в составе зарубежных корпораций, примененные в 2015 г., сделан прогноз развития предприятий на ближайшую перспективу.

The authors trace the development of Russian manufacturing subsidiaries of multinational corporations. The major attention is devoted to 2012-2015 - the authors show the geography of new plants, patterns of their location, industry distribution and corporate parents. The authors also analyze adaptation strategies of Russian enterprises of multinational corporations undertaken in 2015 and make a forecast for the near future.
